Phalanx Academy FORGE Program!
As a practitioner, it can be costly and challenging to schedule training that suits your lifestyle.
The FORGE models a progressive training cycle set to develop cataloged data sets for growth. We’ve conducted performance clinics and used data tracking for years and have designed a regiment to work with all skillsets. This program has been in development for many years and has now started it's 2nd season!

The FORGE program is a great way to review the fundamentals and get your skillset up to par with proven contemporary training practices. When I joined the FORGE program I knew my pistol skills were lacking but had a fair amount of confidence in my ability to utilize a rifle. The training provided by Joe and the Phalanx team is amazing. Hard focus on the fundamentals and how to apply those fundamentals to contemporary shooting sports and defensive situations. Joe is constantly testing the efficacy of his curriculum by attending courses and training around the country. When he is not teaching a class he is taking one. He doesn’t just go take a class and share the cool new thing with you. Joe tests new tactics and techniques against the fundamentals and real world experience before sharing it with his students. This ensures the training he provides is consistent and proven without becoming stagnant and irrelevant.
The structure of the FORGE program is positioned to completely change how people learn how to use a firearm. A major benefit of the FORGE program is the community that is built. The FORGE program brings a team dynamic to firearms training that most civilian training courses cannot provide. You train and progress with all the other students who have joined that training year. This creates opportunities for accountability and collaboration. I talk daily with my fellow FORGE class members, this provides me incentive to ensure I get my dry practice in, provides opportunities for more range time with like minded individuals working on similar goals, and bonus we share deals on gear, guns, and other training we come across."
