Phalanx Academy FORGE Program!
As a practitioner, it can be costly and challenging to schedule training that suits your lifestyle.
The FORGE models a progressive training cycle set to develop cataloged data sets for growth. We’ve conducted performance clinics and used data tracking for years and have designed a regiment to work with all skillsets. This program has been in development for many years and has now started it's 2nd season!
